MOLDED GARLIC BUTTER 
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

To toast sesame seeds spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 3-5 minutes, stir occasionally.

Line small custard cup (6 ounces) or small gelatin mold with plastic wrap. Combine butter and garlic. Beat 2-3 minutes until light and creamy. Press butter in mold or custard cup smooth top. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Unmold unto serving plate and cover with sesame seeds lightly press into butter. Serve at room temperature.
