CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar (4 c.)
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.), cut into 4ths

Put confectioners' sugar into a 2 quart microwave safe casserole. Make a well in the center of the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients in the center. Place in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir ingredients together. Pour into wax paper lined 3/4 quart casserole. Chill for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
