CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. nuts

In medium sized microwavable bowl, microwave 1/2 cup butter 1 minute. Add cocoa, vanilla, salt and powdered sugar. Mix by hand until dry and crumbly. Add evaporated milk and stir. Microwave on High 1 minute. Stir, microwave 1 additional minute.

Stir with wooden spoon until smooth. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Pour into foil lined 8x8 inch pan and refrigerate until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
