CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. Hershey cocoa
3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

In a saucepan add cocoa, sugar and milk. Cook on low heat. Boil until fudge forms a ball in cold cup of water. Do not stir too often, fudge will turn to sugar. Pour into cool bowl to mix. Add butter and vanilla. Mix with beaters approximately 7-8 minutes, then add powdered sugar. Pour into buttered baking pan 9x13.
