PEANUT BUTTER `N CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1/4 c. milk or light cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, cut into pieces

Sift together sugar and cocoa. In a 2 quart microwavable bowl or casserole, combine sugar mixture, peanut butter, milk, vanilla and salt. Add butter. Microwave 2-4 minutes on high until heated through. Stir until smooth.

Pour immediately into well buttered 8 inch pan. Chill. To serve: Cut into squares. Place in container with tight-fitting lid and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
