BIG O'S FAMOUS BEEFY BEEF STEW 
This recipe is super easy and your family and friends will love it! Feel free to add different veggies or even beans, but this is the way I make it and it's always requested from my family and friends. Hope you like it.

1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch pieces
1 lb. 85/15 ground beef
1 regular size can veg-all
1 small can sweet corn
1 can French style green beans
1 small can sliced carrots
4 small to medium "gold" potatoes
1 can diced green chilis
1 bottle V-8 juice
2 tbsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper, to taste (I use a lot of pepper)

Peel and cut potatoes into 3/4-inch pieces (do not brown meat beforehand, it adds to flavor when they cook together). Add all ingredients to pot, cook on medium/high heat bring to boil and reduce heat slightly. Let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve with cornbread or crackers.
