SPANISH NOODLES 
5 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 c. noodles, uncooked

In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel. Crumble and set aside. Add onion to bacon drippings in skillet. Cook until tender. Add meat and cook until browned. Pour all grease off. Stir in tomatoes, green peppers, chili sauce, salt and a dash of pepper and the dry noodles. Cook covered over low heat until noodles are tender, about 30 minutes. Stir frequently. Stir in crumbled bacon before serving.
