EXCELLENT MAYONNAISE 
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne
1 c. oil

Cook sugar, flour and water in small pan for 1 minute, stirring until thick. With blender or mixer blend egg yolks, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, mustard and cayenne. Add cooked mixture and blend well.

Beat and add 1/4 cup of the oil a few drops at a time, then 1 tablespoon at a time, beating constantly until oil is all beaten in. Store covered in refrigerator. Use as Miracle Whip.
