MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta processed cheese spread
1/2 c. milk
2 c. macaroni, cooked & drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute vegetables in butter, reduce heat to low. Add Velveeta cheese and milk, stir until cheese is melted. Stir in macaroni. Spoon into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes.
