CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of onion
2 c. reg. uncooked rice
1 c. milk
2 cut up chickens, skin side up
Salt and pepper (optional)

Line a large pan with foil. Mix soups, rice and milk. Pour into pan. Place chicken skin side up over mixture. Salt and pepper optional. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
