CHEESY FRENCH BREAD 
1 (1 lb.) loaf French bread
1/2 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese or grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. butter
1 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cut bread into 20 slices. Place cheese between each 2 bread slices. Keep a loaf shape. Melt butter. Add onion and poppy seeds. Place bread on sheet of foil. Pour butter mixture over top of bread. Wrap loosely, leaving top open. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve hot!
