CHEESE MUFFINS 
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 chopped onion
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/3 c. oil

Lightly grease muffin tin, mix all ingredients together. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
