ASPARAGUS WITH CURRY SAUCE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. curry powder, add more curry powder if desired
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, cooked and drained or
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen asparagus spears, cooked as directed and drained or
2 cans asparagus spears, drained
2 tbsp. capers, drained

Drain asparagus very thoroughly. Arrange lengthwise on platter. Use paper towels to blot any moisture. Spread sauce down center of asparagus and top with capers. Serves 4.
