CHEESE - BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 bunch broccoli, chopped, cooked & drained
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Scant 1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 tbsp. white wine

In blender combine flour, milk, celery salt, pepper and cayenne. In pan melt 3 tablespoons butter; add blender mixture and thicken. Add cheese, add white wine. Add broccoli.
