BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 bunches green onions, sliced with tops
1/4 c. butter
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken broth
3 cans milk
1 lb. mild Velveeta with jalapenos

In a large pot, saute onions in butter until tender. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Add the other soup concentrates and the milk. Cut the cheese into chunks and add to the soup. Simmer until cheese melts.
