OVEN BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 can red wine
Cooked noodles or dumplings

Place meat in deep casserole dish. Top with soup mix and soup and wine. Do not mix. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Stir and cover, bake another hour. Add sour cream when finished and serve over noodles.
