2 c. Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Corn Meal Mix
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 med. onion, finely chopped

Heat 2 inch deep oil to 375 degrees Combine cornmeal mix, milk, egg and onion; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into hot oil, frying only a few at a time until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Makes about 2 dozen.
