1 c. jalapeno cornbread
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Preheat oil at 350-375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Add egg and milk, stir until blended. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil and cook 3 or 4 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 18 hush puppies.
