6 med. potatoes, quartered
2 sticks butter, melted
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. McCormick Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

Place in pan covered with tin foil or a covered casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves about 6 (chicken is also good fixed in this sauce).
