ITALIAN POTATOES 
Potatoes
Butter
Good Seasons salad dressing mix (prepare according to pkg. directions)

Peel potatoes or leave skin on if you prefer. Slice potatoes. Slice butter into frying pan and put slices potatoes on top. Cook over slow to medium heat. Halfway through pour some dressing over potatoes. Use a little or a lot depending on your taste preference. Also good on barbecue grill in tin foil.
