JACK'S JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 lbs. hot Italian sausage
1 heaping c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4-6 Jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. milk and 3 eggs, beat together

Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish that is greased well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
