BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch flavored morsels
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass). In medium saucepan, melt morsels and butter; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; beat in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
