OVERNIGHT FRUIT SALAD 
3 beaten egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. syrup from fruit
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
3 cans Dole tropical fruit salad, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped, or 12 oz. container Cool Whip

Combine egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, fruit syrup, butter and salt in top of double boiler. Cook over hot, not boiling, water until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Stir in fruit and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Chill overnight to blend flavors. Makes 6-8 servings.
