OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces 2 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. Bisquick 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Melt butter in oblong pan; shake chicken in sack to coat with Bisquick, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in greased pan, skin side down. Bake 40 minutes uncovered. Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes longer, or until done. |
