Vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Midget bake cups
Can of pie filling - blueberry, cherry, or strawberry

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on high speed until mixture is smooth. Put wafer in the bottom of baking cup and fill cup 3/4 full. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and add topping. Refrigerate. Makes 36-37.
