POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased bundt pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter extract
1/2 tbsp. almond extract

Let cake cool for 5 minutes. Pour glaze over top of cake using pastry brush.
