POPPY SEED CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. & 1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice

Mix cake ingredients with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, approximately.

Mix glaze ingredients and pour over warm cake while still in Bundt pan. Cool and invert.
