MARINATED CHICKEN 
5 lbs. chicken wings
2 lb. box dark brown sugar
8 oz. bottle soy sauce
1-2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger

Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half. Marinate in mixture 8 hours or overnight, turning once. Place single layer in shallow pan, discarding marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours for crispy. Can be broiled or barbecued also.
