MARINATED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken wings or drummies (25 count)
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger

Wash chicken and set aside. Combine all sauce ingredients together and place in a rectangular pan. Place chicken in sauce and cover pan. Refrigerate overnight. Turn chicken pieces a few times while marinating.

Next day: Place wings in baking dish and cover with enough sauce to prevent sticking. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 45 minutes. When done baking place in crockpot turned on low for prolonged cooking (if desired). Serves 8-10 people.
