PORK & SAUERKRAUT SUPPER 
1 large can sauerkraut
1 large potato
1/2 large onion
1 lb. pork chops or left-over pork roast
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 can beer

Layer in casserole. Pour beer on top.

Bake at 325°F for 2 hours.

Can be doubled easily with same amount of meat.
