PORK CHOP SUPPER 
6-8 pork chops
1 to 1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 1/2 to 2 c. sliced potatoes
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup
1/2 c. water

Salt and pepper the pork chops and brown in a small amount of oil. Mix sour cream, soup and water in a bowl. Layer vegetables in baking pan. Place chops on top of vegetables. Pour sour cream mixture over chops. Cover with foil and bake until chops are done. Cheaper cuts of pork made this dish more flavorful.
