QUICK SKILLET SUPPER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 cans (16 oz. each) veg-all mixed veggies 1 c. (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, 2 c. uncooked 1 c. sour cream 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions In skillet brown meat, drain. Stir in seasonings, veg-all, broth and macaroni; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in sour cream and 1/2 can onions. Heat through - DO NOT BOIL. Top with remaining onion. Serves 6 to 8. |
