LEMON SQUARES 
1/2 lb. butter
Pinch of salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar

TOPPING:

1 lemon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix ingredients of crust and press on bottom of buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.

In blender prepare topping. Cut lemon in pieces, remove seeds, blend for at least 5 minutes, including skin and pulp. Add other ingredients and blend well. Pour over hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Cut while warm, after topping is set.
