CHEESY CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 chicken
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. broccoli or frozen broccoli
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Boil chicken and debone. Cook broccoli 20 minutes or if frozen according to package. Mix chicken and broccoli in 2-quart casserole. Mix cornstarch and milk in medium saucepan, add butter. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add Velveeta cheese, cut up, and stir to melt. Pour over chicken, broccoli mixture and stir well. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
