CHEESY VEGGIE SOUP 
4 c. water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. diced carrots
4 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 sm. head cauliflower pieces
1 bunch broccoli cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese

Combine water, bouillon cubes carrots, potatoes and onion and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli, simmer 15 minutes more. Add cream of chicken soup and water. Stir. Add Velveeta cheese and heat until cheese melts. Do not boil!!
