PINEAPPLE NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. In a large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, beating until light. Add oil, pineapple and walnuts. Mix well. Gradually add sifted ingredients mixing just until smooth. Makes 1 loaf, 9x5x3. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
