PINEAPPLE WHISKEY CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nut meats
1/2 c. whiskey

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Dash of salt
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together in large bowl, by hand. Butter and flour 9"x13" baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cake cools, apply frosting.
