LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 garlic bud (or garlic salt)
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
2 - 6 oz. cans tomato paste
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped

Brown meat slowly, spoon off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.

Cheese Sauce:

3 c. Ricotta cheese or substitute 3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine and mix in large bowl.

In lightly greased large baking pan, layer 1/2 lb. box cooked lasagne noodles, 1/2 cheese sauce and 1/2 meat sauce. Repeat, ending with meat sauce. Top with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
