TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 green pepper (opt.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cook noodles until tender; then drain. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add cooked noodles, egg and tuna; mix well and place in buttered casserole, which has been buttered on sides and bottom. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
