TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
3 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook noodles and drain. In 3 quart casserole, place butter, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Microwave at HIGH 2-3 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until onion is softened. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave at HIGH 4-6 minutes, until smooth and thickened. Gently stir in tuna and noodles into sauce. Cover. Microwave at HIGH 10-12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes until hot. In small bowl, mix together crumbs, parsley and butter. Sprinkle over casserole before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
