MICKEY GILLEY'S CHILI 
2 lbs. buffalo meat, stew or ground beef
1 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, pressed
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. mesa corn flour
2 c. beer or water

Brown meat. Stir in onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes.
