BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN 
Wash and dry a cut up or quartered fryer. Coat by shaking in a bag of seasoned flour. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a baking pan in oven at 425. Place chicken in pan in single layer skin side down. Bake 45 minutes. Pour off fat and turn. Spoon hot sauce over chicken and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Pour off fat and turn. Spoon hot sauce over chicken and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Baste while baking.

SAUCE:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1 med. onion
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. hot water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
