BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN 
2 cut up fryers
1 tsp. salt

Place chicken, sprinkled with salt, in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 300 degree oven for 2 hours. DO NOT PEEK! Remove foil.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. vinegar

Cook 10 minutes in a double boiler. Brush sauce on chicken that has been put on broiler rack. Broil. Watch carefully. Will cook and brown quickly.
