PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pie crust (graham cracker is best)
1/2 milk chocolate bar, shaved
handful crushed peanuts

Combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip and beat until smooth. Pour in pie crust and chill. Top with crushed peanuts and chocolate candy shavings.

Note: A potato peeler may be used to make chocolate shavings.

Serves 8.
