OLD FASHIONED BREAD STUFFING 
2 - 24 oz. loaves, cubed and dried
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. celery
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable shortening
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Sage to taste

Cook onion and celery in shortening and butter until tender crisp. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over bread cubes. Add onion mixture and toss lightly with enough hot water to moisten all the bread. Stuff thawed, cleaned turkey. Roast immediately.
