NO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 1 egg, slightly beaten egg 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1 graham cracker crust 1/2 tsp. salt 1 env. non-flavored gelatin 2 tsp. water 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin In a small bowl blend milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt; set aside. In medium saucepan sprinkle non-flavored gelatin over water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Blend in milk mixture. Continue stirring over low heat until mixture is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Blend in pumpkin. Turn into prepared crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. |
