“DEE'S CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP” IS IN:

DEE'S CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP 
(Soapa Tortilla con Pollo):

2 half chicken breasts chopped/cubed small
1 (32 oz.) box Chicken broth or suitable substitute (2 cans or like 4 cubes + water)
1 large can refried beans (small for thin soup)
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans Rotel with cilantro and lime
1 can diced green chili
1 large fresh ripe Avocado cubed
12 white corn tortillas cut into small strips and fried crispy
shredded orange or orange and white cheese
chopped green onion
garlic salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Cook chicken with butter or oil season with garlic salt. Add broth and remaining ingredients. Simmer and serve. Top with tortilla strips, avocado, cheese, and green onions. (Add crumbled Cotija cheese for enhanced flavor.)
