CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Pecan halves, if desired
Whipped cream, if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Pour into pie shell. Arrange pecans halves on top if desired. Bake 45-50 minutes or until set; cool. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
