CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 c. chocolate bits
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine chocolate bits, evaporated milk and butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until mixture is creamy and smooth. Set aside.

Combine eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and pecans, gradually stir in the chocolate mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until firm.
