SPINACH LASAGNA 
12 oz. 1% cottage cheese
4 c. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 c. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters

Mix cottage cheese, spinach, 1/2 of Parmesan cheese and eggs together. Layer sauce, noodles, mixture and Mozzarella in 9x13-inch pan. Repeat layers and reserve sauce and Parmesan cheese for the top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
